As directed by the founder Mr. Subhash Chandra Pandey, We in Seemawarti P.G. College are determined to provide real leadership in the educational world by choosing individuals of outstanding character, ability and vision by pursuing those areas of teaching and scholarship that would most help to develop our resources, increase our wisdom and promote human happiness and integrity along with fraternity.

To those ends, the mission of Seemawarti P.G. College in to provide a superior liberal education to Undergraduate and Post Graduate students, attending not only to their development as adults committed to high ethical standards and full participation as leaders in their communities.

The founder of this institution Mr. Subhash Chandra Pandey, after thorough ground work found out the harsh realities of the District, Of Bahraich. People were deprived of Quality education. Student With science Background had no option to choose art or commerce in their under graduation. Then journey of this institution started 2012, when our founder decided to give this institution to the people of Rupaidiha, Bahraich.

We as the part of this college, have and will strive to remove the educational darkness and backwardness of the society with a vision, to see our students serving the country in different roles like officers in the Government of India, Doctors, Chartered Accountants,etc.
